We cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery details entered by the customer, such as the address or recipient's name. Please notify us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of your order if corrections are needed and the order has not yet been shipped.
GREEK SHIPPING:
2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

EU SHIPPING:
3 to 5 business days, excluding holidays and public weekends.
Orders to the EU are shipped from Athens and tracked. You will receive a notification email with tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
UNITED KINGDOM AND REST OF THE WORLD:
7 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
International deliveries are tracked and require a signature upon receipt. You will receive a notification email with tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
International orders may be subject to import duties or delays due to customs processing. The recipient is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of import duties or other customs protocols. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
We cannot control the time it takes for customs processing, and orders requiring such processing may take up to 4 weeks to arrive after shipment.
